Yes_CloseToTheEdgeYES will only perform two albums — “The Yes Album” and “Close To The Edge” — for five shows due to the time constraints at those venues; they are detailed below.

Yes also has launched a contest to give away audiophile CD copies of “Close To the Edge;” visit http://bit.ly/13iVlbn, follow @AXSTV on Twitter and post a tweet using #AXSYES to be entered to win. @AXSTV will also communicate with viewers during the broadcast using on-screen messages to encourage social interaction and entries to the contest.

Yes_TheYesAlbumThe band selected these albums as they each represent a milestone in Yes’ career, and while each album has its own flavor, the albums complement each other, bassist Chris Squire explained.

Founded in 1968 by Squire and Jon Anderson, Grammy-award winning recording artists Yes have created iconic pieces including “Roundabout,” “Close to the Edge,” “I’ve Seen All Good People” and “Owner of a Lonely Heart.” The band has sold tens of millions of records over its four-decade career, and it continues to create masterful music that inspires fans and musicians worldwide.
