One thought on “Learn the ‘whens’ and ‘whats’ of the Why Pink Floyd campaign

  1. Pink Floyd was a great band. I stress was. With all the classic rock stations beating to death the playing of Floyd’s key hits I quickly switch to some other music. Its sort of like listening to Freebird. That being said, its great that all of Pink Floyds greatness will be released beyond the hits. I do think that Floyd and its record company needs to stop reissuing these constant packages to squeeze every dollar out they can. This reissuing campaign for Floyd and other now defunct groups is going overboard. Would I waste my money on repackaged remixed music? No! I realize the music industry is looking for the next Pink Floyd or the Beatles. Wake up guys. Its not going to happen. How many more variations can they make to fool the public. Its anyone’s guess. I’m sure they are thinking more ways to reinvent “the Wheel” or maybe I mean “The Wall”.
