With the Buffalo Springfield reunion on hold, Stephen Stills has plenty of time for other areas of interest, such as launching a solo U.S. tour this fall.
Stills’ 24-date itinerary begins Oct. 10 in Alexandria, Va., and wraps Nov. 22 in Anaheim, Calif. Other stops include Boston (Oct. 23), Atlanta (Oct. 30) and San Francisco (Nov. 18). Opening the tour’s last eight shows will be Pegi Young, wife of Neil Young. Her backing band includes legendary pianist Spooner Oldham.
