The Vaccines are continuing the promotional push for their debut album, What Did You Expect From The Vaccines?, by performing live sessions for UK music radio. They had already done a session for XFM London. Recently, they’ve done sessions for Absolute Radio and BBC Radio 1.

To watch a video of the four-song set that The Vaccines performed for Absolute Radio, go to http://www.absoluteradio.co.uk/player/The-Vaccines/8712/Live-music.html. The songs performed were “If You Wanna,” “Post Break-Up Sex,” “Nørgaard,” and “A Lack of Understanding.” The video of the session wil be available for viewing until April 2nd.

The Vaccines were also interviewed by Absolute Radio DJ Geoff Lloyd. It’s a truly terrible interview. Lloyd’s questions were awful, and the band didn’t seem particularly interested in answering them. The train wreck of an interview can be seen below:

The Vaccines also recently performed a session for BBC Radio 1’s Zane Lowe at the Maida Vale Studios in London. To watch the video for “If You Wanna,” click below:

There are 26 days left from today (Sunday, March 27th) to watch this video.

The video for “Nørgaard” from the Maida Vale BBC Radio 1 session can be seen at http://www.bbc.co.uk/programmes/p00fwkn1. There are 27 days left from today (Sunday, March 27th) to watch this video.

What Did You Expect From The Vaccines? was released on March 14th in the UK. It hasn’t been released in America yet.

Goldmine reviewed The Vaccines’ American live debut, which took place on January 20th at New York City’s Bowery Ballroom.
