The Disco Biscuits are heading out on tour to support their new album, Planet Anthem.

Concert gear the Doors used on their last tour in 1970. One side of an acetate featuring The Beatles’ “Anna.” All kinds of Buddy Holly memorabilia from the collection of Holly’s wife. These and a host of other items will go up for bidding in Heritage Auctions’ 2010 April Signature Music & Entertainment Memorabilia Auction, scheduled for April 9-10.

Canadian singer-songwriter Lynn Miles is on the road to support Black Flowers Vol. 1-2, her double-disc album that includes both new and old songs. She has won multiple Canadian Folk Music Awards and a Juno award.

Renowned rock 'n' roll photographer Philip Kamin is parting with his prized photography collection, which features rock music icons from the last 50 years.

A generous selection of the 15,000-plus negatives and slides in the collection of noted music photographer Philip Kamin are being auctioned off in Legendary Auctions’ February Premium sale of high-end Sports and Americana Collectibles. Phone and internet bidding will begin on Monday, Feb. 15 and it concludes Thursday, Feb. 25.
