Bret Michaels: tour buses busted

According to the DeKalb County Sherriff’s office, the tour buses carrying Poison frontman (and reality show celebrity) Bret Michaels and his band were pulled over for a lighting violation and, subsequently, marijuana and other unspecified drugs were found on board.

Stopped on Indiana’s Interstate 69 at 11:30 pm on Wednesday, the officers, Deputy Aaron Long and Auburn Police Cpl. Joe McGrade, took the registration and driver’s licences of both drivers after K-9 police dogs turned up the drugs on board.

The bus holding Bret Michaels was found to have Marijuanna on board, as the other bus, which also had another controlled substance inside.

No arrests were made, but charges have been sent to the DeKalb County Prosecutor’s Office for further action.
