Godsmack, Puddle of Mudd, Seether, Theory of a Deadman and Stone Sour are among the 20 bands that are scheduled to perform at the first-ever Welcome to Rockville festival, taking place May 8 at Metropolitan Park in Jacksonville, Fla.

Hosted by Mistress Juliya from Fuse TV, the festival will feature three stages of continuous music throughout the day.

Tickets ($39.50) will first be available through a presale that begins March 1; click here for details. General public ticket sales will begin at 7 a.m. March 4 through Ticketmaster and the Welcome to Rockville site.

Ticket prices for the event will increase the week and day of the show.
