Fleetwood Mac singer/guitarist Lindsey Buckingham will self-release his sixth solo album, “Seeds We Sow,” on Sept. 6.
“This might be the best work I’ve ever done,” Buckingham said in a press release issued June 13. “I think it’s an excellent representation of what I do. It shows a certain maturity and musicianship, and I just feel like I have a lot of tools in my musical vocabulary from which to draw that are again the product of the choices I’ve made. It’s on my own terms. This is very much from the inside out, and I hope I never stop doing that.”
Buckingham will support the album with a North American that begins Sept. 9 in Reno, Nev. Other stops include Denver (Sept. 14), Chicago (Sept. 18), New York (Sept. 27), Los Angeles (Oct. 13) and Seattle (Oct. 23).
Tickets go on sale June 16 in select markets.
