Marianne Faithfull’s “Horses and High Heels” album will be released in the United States on June 28 via Naïve Records.

Recorded in New Orleans, the 12-song album includes originals and covers, among them a version of Carole King’s “Going Back.” Lou Reed, Dr. John and MC5 guitarist Wayne Kramer make guest appearances on the disc, Faithfull’s first since the covers collection “Easy Come Easy Go.”
