On Feb. 13, Rolling Stones singer Mick Jagger will perform live at the Grammy Awards for the first time ever.
Jagger will join R&B singer Raphael Saadiq and his band as part of a tribute to the late Solomon Burke. In the early 1960s, the Stones recorded a version of the Burke song “Everybody Needs Somebody to Love.”
Jagger’s only other Grammy appearance came via satellite from London in 1986, when Eric Clapton presented Jagger and his fellow Stones with The Recording Academy’s Lifetime Achievement Award.
The 53rd annual Grammy Awards will be held at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and air on CBS starting at 8 p.m. ET on Feb. 13.
