Woody Guthrie 100

David Crosby, Graham Nash and Van Dyke Parks are among the musicians scheduled to participate in an April 14 concert in Los Angeles marking the 100th birthday of folk legend Woody Guthrie.

The show, to be held at Club Nokia, will cap a series of Guthrie-related events organized by the GRAMMY Museum.

"The goal of the Woody Guthrie Centennial Celebration is not just to pay tribute to Guthrie's obvious contributions to American music, but to also broaden the national understanding of his cultural impact," said Bob Santelli, the GRAMMY Museum’s executive director, in a March 29 press release. "It's truly an honor to be producing this all-star series of events here in our hometown of Los Angeles."

Tickets are available now for This Land Is Your Land: The Woody Guthrie Centennial Concert; other performers will include Kris Kristofferson, Jackson Browne and John Doe.
