Eagles drummer/singer Don Henley hinted that it might be the last time the band tour England again.

“In case we don’t pass this way again, I want to thank you all for embracing these songs, taking them into your hearts and your homes – we appreciate it,” said Henley to a Hyde Park crowd of 46,000 on a Sunday night in London.

This remark can be translated as a notice for retirement from touring, or at a least paring down life on the road, especially overseas.

During the show, guitarist Joe Walsh also made his standard concert joke, “I had a lot more fun being 20 in the 70s than I’m having being 70 in the 20s’.”

Plus, Deacon Frey, son of the late Glenn Frey, made an onstage appearance to help perform the song "Peaceful Easy Feeling."

Tennis star John McEnroe and singer Patty Smyth made a guest appearance as well during the concert's final number "Already Gone."
