Monster Energy Music as a Weapon V Tour adds second leg

Co-headliners Korn and Disturbed will perform full shows with full stage production

The Monster Energy Music as a Weapon V Tour, which is scheduled to begin Jan. 14 in Bloomington, Ill., has announced the addition of a second leg that will begin March 8 in Belton, Texas. Other second-leg dates include March 12 in Las Vegas and March 13 in Sacramento, with more to be announced soon.

Tickets for the tour’s first leg (which runs through Feb. 12) are on sale now; tickets for select second-leg dates go on sale this weekend. Co-headliners Korn and Disturbed have decided that the first 1,000 tickets from each show will be sold at a $5 discount during the on-sale weekend to reward early ticket-buying fans.

“We’re tired of promoters offering discounted tickets to last-minute folks in order to sell the seats in the back of the gig,” Korn guitarist James “Munky” Shaffer said in a press release issued Jan. 10. “We’d rather give our fans a discount for buying early.”
